Unfortunately, this property is not available to student groups, parties or weddings. Families and those over age 25 are welcome to book! POOL HEATING POLICY Pool heating is available by request only. Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for pool heat activation. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not guaranteed and will incur an additional $50 fee. The pool can be heated to a maximum temperature of 75–80°F. During colder months (typically December–February), especially when temperatures drop below 50°F, the pool heater may not perform efficiently. Pool heat is $100 per day and must be applied for the entire duration of your stay. Please note: Pool heating is not available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st. SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline. For peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case your plans change unexpectedly. Two hour early check is available for $50. Subject to availability.

We had an amazing weekend here! The house was exactly as described and pictured, if not better! Could not be happier with our choice, and would stay here again! Great kitchen, with pots, pans, etc, in good condition, if you are looking to do some cooking! Awesome views and a perfect spot on the lake, back in a cove enough that we didn't have much boat traffic and took the kayaks out multiple times for a great view of the sunrise and sunsets! Not to mention the pool for those who dont want to swim in the lake. Location is central to everything we wanted to do, a 15-20 min drive in every direction!

Couldn’t have asked for a better girls trip! House had plenty of room for our party of 12! Pool was a huge hit along with VERY easy access to the lake! 5/5 stars! Only having 2 bathrooms could create some problems for different groups but ended up working fine for us! Would recommend!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was perfect for our extended family! It was spotless and very well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed. We all loved the pool, the hot tub and the outdoor living area where we spent most of our time. The bunk room with all the games was a big hit. The house is very spacious, lot of places to be all together but also find some privacy if needed. The lake is beautiful, the view is a joy to wake up to. The kayaks were used several times. It’s really a perfect combination of activities and relaxation. The hosts are very responsive, any issues or requests were taken care of immediately. Our special thanks to Micheal, the maintenance guy! Fantastic stay! Highly recommend!

This was an amazing house for our youth retreat. The house was spacious, the location was incredible. Everything was close by yet it felt like we were far away. The lake is beautiful and the house had many things and space to do stuff. We truly enjoyed being here. I would love to come back with my family. Thanks for allowing us to stay here and for providing a great home and experience.

Overall this spot was fantastic! We had a big family trip and we loved all the amentities, things to do and outdoor space. The pool, hot tub, fire pit combo was great for the group. The only thing that we wished there was one more bathroom for a group that size. Besides that, everything was fantastic from the hosts to the area. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Being right on the water. It was easy to put our paddle boards in and the kayaks that came with the house were a lot of fun also. When the children weren’t in the pool, they were in the arcade and had a great time. We celebrated a birthday and really enjoyed our annual family vacation in Hot Springs

This stay was absolutely fabulous! Everything was exactly as advertised! We paid a bit more to get the pool heated for our grandchildren. We had rainstorms most of the time we were there…but the few breaks in the weather allowed for them to swim and enjoy. The house was beautiful and suited our large family perfectly…Well appointed and plenty of towels to accommodate frequent swimming, showering and hot tubbing! Highly recommend!!!!
