SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline. Quiet residential cove; not a party house. Parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 driveway, 2 partially on property/street). Early check-in (2 hours) available for $50, subject to availability.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The property was beautiful and clearly very thoughtfully designed. Every detail of the home felt intentional, comfortable, and welcoming. The amenities were fantastic, the game room kept the kids entertained for hours, and we loved relaxing in the hot tub and around the fire pits in the evenings. The dock for fishing was also a huge hit with our family. Our kids had an absolute blast the entire stay. You can really tell the hosts put a lot of care into creating a space where families can relax and make memories. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and truly just steps from the water. Definitely the closest we’ve stayed to the lake in our visits to Hot Springs. The house was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated, with comfortable beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. The game room was a highlight, and we’re already talking about bringing the grandkids next time. Nearby D&G Market was great for essentials and Lost Creek Grill made the stay even better. We would happily return.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The space had everything we needed, and the little details really made it feel welcoming. The host was excellent with communication, quick to respond, and made the entire process smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was also very convenient and quiet, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We had such a wonderful stay! The home was clean, beautifully updated, and had everything we could possibly need. We used it as a kid free getaway with friends, but it would be just as perfect for a family trip. The house was fully stocked with all the necessities and communication was excellent from start to finish. You can tell they have put a lot of thought and care into every detail, and it really takes the home to the next level. The back porch was gorgeous and quickly became a favorite relaxing hangout spot. The game room with the arcade and karaoke was a perfect setup, and I know our kids would absolutely love it too, especially paired with fishing in the spring and summer. We would love to come back again someday!

The game room was great for kids or adults as well as the hot tub and karaoke. I’m sure it would be even better in spring or summer right on the water and able to fish. We had a great time in the dead of winter would love to come back.
