SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline. Parking for up to 4 vehicles Pets are not allowed. Property is not available to rent to student groups. Families and groups of adults 25+ are welcome to book. Parties and unregistered guests are not allowed. Early check-in (2 hours) available for $50, subject to availability. Use of amenities is not guaranteed. No refunds will be issued if an amenity is unavailable.

General Guidelines: - Please treat our home with care and respect during your stay. - If any issue or damage occurs, notify us through the platform app as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. - All communication should be handled through the platform's messaging service.
