No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the house. 2. Smoking is explicitly prohibited on the property. 3. Our cleaning company provides fresh linens, bath towels (1 per bed), a roll of paper towels, one trash bag per container and one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom. You should plan to bring your own: soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, beach towels and chairs, and anything else essential to your trip. Our cleaning company does not supply beach towels. 4. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and serve simple meals: standard coffee pot, standard toaster, crockpot, pots, pans, silverware, plateware, and drinkware. 5. HOT TUB: No children under 12 years are allowed in the hot tub. 6. KAYAKS: Life vests must be worn while using the kayaks. Once done, please return kayaks and paddles to porch area. If not returned, additional cleaning charges may apply. 7. GAME ROOM: Smoking is strictly prohibited. Please respect the arcade games and tables. You will be charged for damages to the pool table, air hockey, or arcade games. 8. THE GRILL: We have a gas grill. There is generally propane in the tank, but if it runs out you can swap it for a full tank at the nearest Walmart for approximately $15. 9. THE DOCK: Dimensions for the dock are approx 8ft wide by 11ft deep. There are cleats for tying up alongside the dock. We are the last house on the cove and there is no through traffic. 10. FIRE PIT: Firewood is not provided, but can be purchased affordably at the local Harp's grocery store and at Walmart. 11. The nearest public bock ramp: Hill Wheatley Park Ln, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71913 12. Please roll the green trash can to the street/curb side the night before pick up days. 13. CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS: As you prepare to depart, please follow the instructions listed below: * Please take trash out to the trash cans. * Please wash all your dishes and put them away. * Empty the refrigerator and freezer of all food and beverages. * Please return all TV remotes to their stations * Please check for all your belongings. 14. Heating and air conditioning temperature ranges are pre-set and you are welcome to adjust the temperature within those ranges. 15. If you damage or break something, please let us know ASAP. 16. All communication is handled through the platform app.

Our guests have access to the entire home, acre+ yard, flagstone fire pit, and boat dock.
