GROUPS Unfortunately, this property is not available to student groups, parties or weddings. Families and those over age 25 are welcome to book! PETS We welcome pets and charge a non-refundable $150 pet fee per stay for up to two pets. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep the space comfortable for all guests. SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline. For peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case your plans change unexpectedly. Two hour early check is available for $50. Subject to availability.

Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times. General Guidelines: - Please treat our home with care and respect during your stay. - If any issue or damage occurs, notify us through the platform app as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. - All communication should be handled through the platform's messaging service.
