PETS We welcome pets and charge a non-refundable $150 pet fee per stay for up to two pets. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning and maintenance required to keep the space comfortable for all guests. SEASONAL LAKE LEVELS Please note the annual Lake Hamilton water level changes: drawdown begins November 1st, with lake refill scheduled between March 1st-15th.

Our two families, including a couple of toddlers, had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, beautiful, and perfectly set up for us. The hosts were incredibly kind and quick to help whenever we had questions. We all loved the spacious backyard and the dock, but the kayaks were definitely the highlight of the trip! Highly recommend this spot if you want to be close to great restaurants while enjoying a perfect lakeside getaway.

This was a great location right on the water! It was a quick drive to Hot Springs National Park and the botanical gardens. We ran into a couple minor issues while we were there and the host quickly responded and fully resolved the issues. I cannot recommend this place enough! It was just the right size for 2 families.

We had a great stay during our trip to Hot Springs. The house was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our group of five with room to spare. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the location was conveniently just a few minutes from both Walmart and Kroger. Downtown Hot Springs was only about a 15 minute drive away, so getting to the bathhouses, restaurants, and local attractions was quick and easy. The game room was a great touch and became our favorite place to unwind after a long day of exploring.
