Our thoughtfully designed home features flexible sleeping arrangements perfect for groups: a luxurious Master Bedroom with King Bed, a cozy Queen Bedroom, a fun Twin Bunk Bedroom, and a versatile Queen Bunk Bedroom. Strategically located near Oaklawn, Bathhouse Row, Magic Springs, Crystal Falls, and Garvin Gardens, you'll have the ultimate home base for exploring Hot Springs. We warmly welcome families and adult groups 25+ seeking a memorable lakeside getaway. To ensure a peaceful experience, we kindly request no student groups, parties, or unregistered guests. ***Please note the annual Lake Hamilton water level changes: drawdown begins November 1st, with lake refill scheduled between March 1st-15th.

Our stay at this Airbnb was a 10 out of 10! The house was incredibly clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated—it felt like a true getaway. The cove of the lake was peaceful and perfect, and we loved spending time out on the dock fishing and riding the kayaks. Next time, we’ll definitely bring our boat to take full advantage of the lake! The location was super convenient and close to everything we needed. We also highly recommend checking out Fisherman’s Wharf and Salsa’s Mexican Restaurant—both were delicious! When I first looked up the location on Google Maps, I was a little nervous because it showed some apartments across the street that looked a bit sketchy. However everyone we encountered was kind and respectful, and we never once felt unsafe. To top it all off, they left us a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch and very appreciated. We will absolutely be back to stay here again!

Absolutely loved the home! We were never bored! My son loved the dock! He wanted to feed the ducks all day! Very responsive! Definitely great for big families! As we loved it and enjoyed the game room and the lake!

Great Airbnb. Host was very responsive when we were missing a few amenities in kitchen and had them delivered that afternoon. Not too far from the Hot Springs strip. We will definitely stay again at this property.

We had a group of ten and it very comfortable accommodated all of us. The game room was a nice added benefit since we had a couple teenage boys with us! Overall a great stay and we would stay there again! It was for my birthday weekend so the bottle of wine they left for us was a nice surprise! Everything you could want great location on the water and clean!

The place was exactly as described. House was new, clean, and tidy. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to hang out. The kids really liked the pool table and ping pong table. My wife liked the soap/shampoo bottles in the bathrooms so much she bought a set like it. We would definitely stay again.
