Strategically located just minutes from Hot Springs' top attractions like Oaklawn, Bathhouse Row, Magic Springs, Crystal Falls, and Garvin Gardens, our property provides the perfect balance of serene lakefront living and convenient exploration. ***Please note: This property welcomes families and adult groups (25+). Student groups are not permitted. Unregistered guests and parties are strictly prohibited. ***Annual Lake Hamilton water level changes occur between November 1st and March 15th, which may slightly impact lakefront accessibility during those periods.
