Our thoughtfully designed home offers versatile sleeping arrangements to accommodate every guest: Master Bedroom featuring a luxurious King Bed, Bedroom 2 with a comfortable Queen Bed, Bedroom 3 hosting a fun Twin Bunk Bed, and Bedroom 4 with a Queen Bunk Bed plus an additional Queen Bed. Strategically located just minutes from Hot Springs' top attractions like Oaklawn, Bathhouse Row, Magic Springs, Crystal Falls, and Garvin Gardens, our property provides the perfect balance of serene lakefront living and convenient exploration. ***Please note: This property welcomes families and adult groups (25+). Student groups are not permitted. Unregistered guests and parties are strictly prohibited. ***Annual Lake Hamilton water level changes occur between November 1st and March 15th, which may slightly impact lakefront accessibility during those periods.

Host is excellent at communication. On top of all the check in and check out instructions. Very responsive and respectful. Offers early check in and check out. House is clean and beautiful. Peaceful surroundings. We never could get the app to open for the led lights in the game room despite multiple attempts. But the lighting didn’t affect the fun we had in having the game room! Loved the house and made lots of memories

We were in town with friends and family for a large gymnastics meet at the Hot Springs convention center. We enjoyed staying at this home because it was on Lake Hamilton and had some fun games for all our kids to play! Also, the beds were comfortable which was really nice!

The hosts were great! Place was clean, loved playing pool in the game room, kayaking, fishing, and enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine. Minutes away from various dining options, stores, etc. My only knock would be the closeness of the neighboring houses. So if you want more privacy outdoors you may not have it. Overall, I did love the stay and would come again.

Cannot give this place less than five stars. The location was gorgeous, clean, organized, and easily accessible. The property is also conveniently close enough to downtown to have a good time but far enough away to have a peaceful afternoon when you need it. The hosts were very organized, responsive with any questions, and were extremely hospitable. This place has everything you need especially for larger guest stays. Would 10 times out of 10 stay here again!!!
